Mistral is a brand under Khind Group. Since our establishment in 1961 Khind has always sought to be at the forefront of bringing great innovative and affordable products to consumers, manufacturing, and distributing a wide range of home appliances of the best qualities such as rice cookers, air cooling fans, oven toasters, multi cookers, vacuum cleaners, washing machines and others to homes in Malaysia and in more than 60 countries around the world.

Our History

1961 - Establishment of Khind
Khind established originally as a humble electrical appliance repair shop in Sekinchan, Malaysia.

1968 - Invention of Gyoaire
Mistral was established in Australia, producing one of the most popular box fan worldwide called Gyoaire.

1995 - New Factory in Sekinchan
As our business grew to all across Malaysia, Khind open a larger factory in Sekinchan

1998 - Acquisition of Mistral
Mistral was acquired by Khind Holdings Berhad

2001 - Khind listed in Bursa Malaysia
Khind was listed in Bursa Malaysia (KLSE:KHIND)

2012 - Acquisition of Mayer, the Singapore Brand since 1987
Khind Holdings Berhad acquired Mayer Singapore.

2017 - Khind presented in Indonesia
Khind bring their products in Indonesia under PT Khind Environmental Solutions with MacroAir with HVLS fan

2020 - Mistral Presence in Indonesia
